The Crops timelapse collection is dedicated to footage featuring diverse worldwide agriculture from Indian rice paddies to traditional English fields and shows the mystery of growth in many different crop plants.
Stock footage of fields are well represented in our video collection. There are videos featuring English fields with yellow rapeseed plants in blossom, with traditional hedgerows and native trees on sunny days with puffy white clouds overhead. These videos represent well the traditional English village agricultural setting with its variable weather and verdant green landscape. Timelapse technology produces these dynamic videos that show nature to be constantly changing.
By using the timelapse technique to shoot flooded Indian rice fields, the landscape is brought to life reflecting the Monsoon clouds that nourish the crop. Videos demonstrate how rice is cultivated growing in water. They show the landscape of traditional farmer’s houses and native green trees that surround the fields and the all important rain clouds that water the Indian subcontinent. Fields are sectioned to make it easier to cultivate and gather crops.
Have you ever seen plants growing right before your eyes? It is a process that cannot be observed with the human eye but with the benefit of timelapse technology we can actually see plants grow. They grow larger and ever upwards towards the sun. This collection contains videos of pea vines, pumpkin curcubita leaves growing and developing, grass shooting from the soil and grape vines ripening in the garden. Plants are alive with life!
